1)How much will it cost to build a unit:
it depends on what you want to do with it! 120 volts is around $89.00
for parts and then add your labor into it. You will probably need to go to
240 volts or 480 volts and then use a step down transformer to get a good
useful amperage depending on your wire size and the main device.
We will add some step downs on the web site later that we like to use.
This is my hobby only, so i will add more info here when time permits.
2)Can anyone build this or do you need to be an engineer?
yes this is ee101 stuff (electrical engineering 101) the very 1st class of EE
teaches this theory but they try to skip over it like it is not even a big deal.

My background is in electrical engineering and mathematics, and the very 1st day of the EE curriculum i noticed something strange the professor did not discuss. The capability of free energy. After 20 years i decided to experiment with a friend of mine and we got results. The results were based on any electromagnetic field you can think of, and let me give an example. Lets say you take the electromagnetic spectrum of light, and you use mirrors or any device to divert it or magnify it, we find out that not only do we get useful light in its intended location but it seems to be miraculously multiplied. The same goes with seeds. The seed is in the seed, says everything we need to know about how there is more in an item than we actually seem to be getting out.
(i know this seems a little confusing but i am speaking of actual plant seeds and how they keep on producing with the right catalyst of water and sunlight and soil) All this to say: "depending on the catalyst in use, determines what we get out".
The electromagnetic spectrum is everywhere and you know this by turning on your radio, so to set up a system that taps into this should be rather simple, even tesla was able to send power through mid air years ago. We know it is possible, MIT is doing this also now. At around 20 megahertz you can light a flourescent bulb with no wires using on radio waves.
